Challenger 2 Long Wing Experimental LSA Airplane

Nice 1997 challenger 2. ONLY 46 HRS TTSN on Rotax 503 DC/DI.Custom exhaust Airframe TT around 270 HRS. LOTS OF OPTIONS!! *Streamline Strut fairings* *root tube fairings* *Hegar wheels* *MATCO hydraulic disk brakes* *Leading edge wing wrap* (popular challenger mod that stiffens wings and makes them more rigid* *NIB High G lift kit and new wing attach bolts* (not installed but not needed) *rotax 503 DCDI 48 hrs TT since rNEW* *cockpit openable vent* *december 2011 annual* *covered in stits polytone and fabric* *bolt-on exaust elbow brackets*(NO SPRINGS TO LOSE IN FLIGHT!!) *Ceramic silver coated exaust* *Challenger tall drive and newer belt* *N-Numbered and LSA LEGAL!!* *electric start* This is a nice flying example of a challenger. Great climb with one or two people, great gross weight capability, excellant visibility, easy to fly, and has a GREAT glide ratio. Paint is an easy 7/8 out of 10 and interior is a 5/6 out of 10.. This is a beautiful challenger.. Paint is fantastic! It is a 1997 year kit and shows signs of use and some light hangar rash, and a few small patches. No damage history that I know of. Have logs from LSA deadline till now.. This airplane is a flyer and would make a great airplane for anyone who can no longer get a 3rd class medical or for low and slow countryside cruising. She trues out 72-75 MPH at around 5400-5500 rpm and burns little fuel. Engine is top notch and runs great with great temps. I just dont have time to fly her except during the day when the winds are aloft.. Would trade for a straight tail cessna 150- 172, Nice truck, muscle car, cabin boat.. I have described the plane best I can and this is a flying airplane but due o the nature of the sport I am selling as is. It is in annual and airworthy. For more info email or call chad @ 270-590-0943

1959 CESSNA 310C, FUEL INJECTION 3 BLADE PROPS, NEW PAINT AND INTER, SO CHEAP

1959 CESSNA 310C, FUEL INJECTED 260 H.P. ENGINES, 3 BLADE MCCAULEY LATE STYLE PROPS, NEW PAINT AND INTERIOR, SO CHEAP !! THIS 1959 CESSNA 310C HAS BEEN FULLY RESTORED AND UPGRADED, INSIDE AND OUT ! NEW PAINT IS SUPER GLOSSY WHITE, WITH GREY AND BLUE MODERN STRIPS. LOOKS FANTASTIC !! INTERIOR IS MODERN GREY CLOTH WITH GREY SIDE AND REAR PANELS TO MATCH. SUPER CLEAN !! EACH OF THE FUEL INJECTED 260 H.P. CONTINENTAL 6 CYLINDER ENGINES HAS 1190 HOURS SINCE MAJOR OVERHAUL. EACH OF THE MCCAULEY 3 BLADE LATE STYLE PROPS HAS ONLY 162 HOURS SINCE OVERHAUL !! AIRFRAME TOTAL TIME IS A LOW 4600 AVIONICS INCLUDE A KMA-24 AUDIO PANEL WITH MARKER BEACON LIGHTS AND RECIEVER, COLLINS DIGITAL 720 CHANNEL COMM AND SEPARATE NAV WITH VOR/LOC INDICATOR, AND A DIGITAL MODE C TRANSPONDER ALSO INSTALLED AND INCLUDED IS AN OLDER AUTOPILOT SYSTEM, WHICH SEEMS TO BE FUNCTIONAL, A NICE FIND !! 4 PLACE INTERCOM SYSTEM THIS AIRPLANE HAS ALSO BEEN UPDATED WITH ALTERNATORS TO REPLACE THE OLD GENERATORS. AS MOST OF YOU KNOW, WENTWORTH AIRCRAFT INC. SELLS MORE AIRPLANES ON EBAY THAN ANY OTHER SELLER IN THE WORLD, BUT MOST OF OUR AIRPLANES HAVE SOME SORT OF DAMAGE. LOOK AT THE PHOTOS OF THIS PRETTY AIRPLANE, AND YOU WILL SEE THAT THIS AIRPLANE HAS HAD NO PROP STRIKES, NO WING, TAIL, OR FUSELAGE DAMAGE, AND THAT ALL OF THE GEAR AND CONTROL SURFACES ARE UNDAMAGED. LOOK VERY CLOSELY, AND YOU WILL SEE A SMALL AMOUNT OF WRINKLING IN THE VERY NOSE OF THE AIRPLANE. WHILE LANDING, THE SHIMMY DAMPER SEAL FAILED, AND THE RESULTING SHAKING BENT THE NOSE GEAR ATTACHMENT ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE NOSE GEAR WELL. THE OUTER SKIN IN THIS AREA HAS A RESULTING BUCKLE, SHOWN. THE LEFT SIDE BULKHEAD, AND THE LEFT SIDE OUTER SKIN, DO NOT SHOW ANY DEFORMATION (PAINT SHAKEN OFF OF THE RIVIT HEADS ON THE LEFT FORWARD SKIN ONLY) THE NOSE GEAR IS SLIGHTLY COCKED RIGHT AS A RESULT OF THE RIGHT SKIN AND BULKHEAD DAMAGE, NOT APPARENTLY AS A RESULT OF ANY GEAR DAMAGE THIS AIRPLANE WILL REQUIRE A SHIMMY DAMPER TO FLY !!!!! OBVIOUSLY SOME STRAIGHTENING OF THE SKINS AND BULKHEAD ON THE RIGHT SIDE NOSE WOULD ALSO BE REQUIRED THE ACTUAL FINAL REPAIR WILL ONLY REQUIRE A SMALL AREA OF PAINT TOUCH-UP. BOTH ENGINES LOOK EXCELLENT, THE WHOLE AIRPLANE HAS BEEN VERY WELL CARED FOR AND THE PROPS ARE VERY FRESH !! THIS IS A MODERNIZED AIRPLANE IN EVERY WAY, AND A GREAT CROSS COUNTRY CRUISER, WITH A CRUISE SPEED OF WELL OVER 200 MPH WITHOUT BREAKING A SWEAT, AND A LARGE COMFORTABLE CABIN FOR 4 WITH A SEPARATE BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT AND USEFUL LOAD ENOUGH TO FILL THEM !! BE PROUD OF THIS AIRPLANE IN YOUR HANGER !! GREAT FOR WORK OR FAMILY, TWIN RELIABILITY, SUPER FAST, AT A PRICE CHEAPER THAN A CHEROKEE !! LOCATED AT THE DENTON, TEXAS AIRPORT, NORTH OF DALLAS. WE WILL PAY FOR HANGER RENT FOR 30 DAYS FROM THE END OF THIS AUCTION LOGBOOKS FOR AIRFRAME, ENGINES AND PROPS ARE INCLUDED, AS WELL AS AN FAA BILL OF SALE, OF COURSE !! GOOD BIDDING Check out my other items! Be sure to add me to your favorites list! AS WENTWORTH AIRCRAFT IS LOCATED IN MINNESOTA, NOT……DENTON TX…..…….. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PERSONALLY ASSIST WITH THE REPAIR OR MOVING OF THIS AIRPLANE SORRY. WENTWORTH AIRCRAFT DOES NOT OBTAIN REPAIR ESTIMATES, AS WE DO NOT REPAIR ANY OF OUR AIRPLANES. WE ONLY FACILITATE THE SALE OF REBUILDABLE AIRCRAFT TO THOSE DESIRING TO SAVE MONEY OR HAVE MORE AIRPLANE THAN OTHERWISE POSSIBLE FOR THE MONEY. REPAIR OF ANY AIRCRAFT WILL DEPEND ON MANY FACTORS, SUCH AS AVAILABILITY OF USED PARTS, LABOR RATE OF THE REPAIR FACILITY, FAMILIARITY WITH THE AIRCRAFT, ETC. AND WE WOULD NEVER PRESUME TO ESTIMATE THIS NUMBER FOR A BUYER. BEWARE OF THOSE WHO OBVIOUSLY GIVE UNREALISTICALLY LOW “ESTIMATES” FOR THE REPAIR OF THE DAMAGED AIRCRAFT THEY SELL. THIS ITEM IS BEING SOLD WITH A LOW RESERVE, THEREFORE WE FULLY EXPECT THIS LISTING WILL SELL TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER AT THE CLOSE OF THIS AUCTION, SO BID EARLY AND BID HIGH. THERE WILL BE NO CHANCE TO BUY THIS ITEM LATER!! AS WE SET OUR BUY-IT-NOW SO LOW, MANY OF OUR AIRPLANES SELL BY THIS METHOD BEFORE THE END OF THE AUCTION. DONT WAIT TOO LONG HOPING TO SNIPE IT AT THE END, AND BE DISAPPOINTED ! WENTWORTH AIRCRAFT INC IS THE #1 VOLUME SELLER IN THE USED AIRCRAFT MARKET! WE ARE THE REAL BRICK AND MORTAR WENTWORTH AIRCRAFT YOU HAVE SEEN ADVERTISED ON PAGE 6 OF TRADE-A-PLANE, AT OUR BOOTHS AT OSHKOSH, SUN-AND-FUN, AOPA, AND ELSEWHERE FOR OVER 20 YEARS !!!! WE HAVE TENS OF THOUSANDS OF SATISFIED CUSTOMERS OVER THE LAST 20 YEARS, SO WHEN YOU BUY AN ITEM THROUGH EBAY FROM US, YOU CAN BE ASSURED THAT WE WILL LIST ALL ITEMS AS ACCURATELY AS POSSIBLE, AND THAT WE WILL ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS TRUTHFULLY. PLEASE ASK ALL QUESTIONS THROUGH THE LISTING(ASK SELLER A QUESTION), BECAUSE THESE QUESTIONS GET ANSWERED IN A MORE TIMELY MANNER. PLEASE DON’T ASSUME. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE ABOUT ANY FACET OF ONE OF OUR LISTINGS, PLEASE ASK ! SO THAT ALL BIDDERS HAVE THE SAME INFORMATION,WE PREFER NOT TO ANSWER DETAIL QUESTIONS BY PHONE. OUR PHONE SALES STAFF HAS NO DIRECT KNOWLEDGE OF THE ITEMS ON EBAY. DUE TO THE AUCTION FORMAT, IT WOULD NOT BE FAIR FOR THE HIGH BIDDER NOT TO BUY THE ITEM LISTED, SO TREAT YOUR BID LIKE A HANDSHAKE!! YOUR BID IS NOT A RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL, BUT RATHER A CONTRACT TO BUY OUR AIRPLANE AT YOUR BID PRICE SO BE SURE YOU HAVE ENOUGH INFORMATION, AND FUNDSIN PLACE. A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $2,000 IS DUE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF THE BID CLOSING. WE PREFER PAYPAL FOR THIS DEPOSIT, BUT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH PAYPAL, LET US KNOW, AND WE WILL HELP YOU FIND AN ALTERNATIVE. THE BALANCE OF THE PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF BID CLOSE. THESE FUNDS CAN BE BY WIRE TRANSFER, BANK OR CASHIERS CHECK, CASH, OR ANY COMBINATION.
OUTSTANDING 1969 CESSNA 182-M AIRPLANE AIRCRAFT IFR AND LOW HOURS

Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 Cessna 182-M I started flying this plane over 25 years ago but at age 71 I have reluctantly decided it is time to pass along this extremely well maintained, low time, IFR aircraft to another pilot. This is a single engine plane with four seats which will carry approximately 1000 pounds in passengers, cargo and gas. With a full load it is possible to safely travel 800 miles cruising at 150 mph. Cessnas of this generation are known for their safety, reliability and low operating cost. It is a very attractive plane and has had the best of care inside and out which, hopefully, you can see in the pictures. I know of no condition issues other than a few minor cracks in the plastic trim in remote locations. Tires are excellent. The seats are fabric. It has a Pilot push to talk switch and passenger intercom. The battery is new. It is insured for $75,000. All logs are complete and the Aircraft Directives have been complied with. Damage History is minor and superficial. It has long range gas tanks. Radio equipment includes Narco MK 12D LOC/GS, Bendix /King 125 Nav/ Com, King KMA 12B audio panel, Narco ADF 31A, Bendix/ King 176A Transponder and Narco encoder AR850. We have a fresh May Annual (Contact me if you would like to see a copy.). 2645 TT, 1040 SMOH (compression #1- 77/80, #2- 78/80, #3- 78/80, #4- 78/80, # 5- 75/80, #6- 77/80) 1500 TBO, 523 PSMOH. Modifications and updates that I have made include: It was painted in 2001… it was stripped to bare metal, etched, primed and painted with DuPont Imron. We installed a new windshield and windows in 1996. Also installed were STOL with cuffs, stall fences, gap seals and super tips plus speed modifications, STC for auto gas, Smart Scanner with 8 temperature probes – six on the cylinders, one on the carb and one on the cylinder head, a Garman 95 for situation awareness and stainless steel cowl fasteners Included are a tow bar, fire extinguisher, wing covers, window screens, exhaust extension and a fuel step. If you want an exceptional aircraft this would be an excellent choice! Contact me at (540) 429-5696 or e-mail pagean@hotmail.com if you have questions. Anyone wanting to see the plane is welcome; it is based at KBCB, Blacksburg, VA.This plane is sold as is, where is and no warranties are stated or implied. A Bill of Sale will be provided for ownership and FAA registration. A $1000 deposit made through Paypal is due within 48 hours of the sale. A Cashiers Check must be sent for the balance within 14 days. The plane must be picked up within 21 days.

The TT21 is a two part low power transponder system, which includes an integrated altitude encoder. This transponder’s low power qualifies the unit as a Class 2 transponder. Class 2 transponders may be used on aircraft cruising slower than 175 knots, and operating below 15,000 feet, IFR or VFR. The front panel controller is smaller than a standard instrument, and the remote transponder is not much bigger than a pack of cards.
PIPER AZTEC E. Flying Regularly W/ Fresh Annual Multi Time Builder

Piper Aztec E Annual just finished May 2012 This Aztec is a great flier!!! Starts easily, everything works. It is not new and needs some cosmetics but is a good solid airplane. Airplane is flying weekly so times will be slightly different. This will be an awesome time builder for aspiring professional pilots or a great flight school leaseback airplane. Let’s face it, nobody enjoys training in a Piper Seminole!!! The Aztec has the power and performance to instill confidence in Multi engine students while being a safe training aircraft. This Aztec E was formerly owned by a flight school that went out of business. I work overseas and really am not going to be around enough to justify owning it in the next few years so my loss is your gain!! The desireable late model E look with the sloped nose also makes this a great prospect for a nice upgrade of interior and paint. Current interior is 7/ 10, paint is a 6/10. Engines are very strong, no metal in filters, all compressions better than 70/80. SPECIFICATIONS: 12 Volt system Engines: IO-540-C4B5 L/H: S/n L-4242-48 TTSNEW: 6497.3 SMOH: 2546.4 R/H: S/n L-1647-48 TTSNEW: 7139.9 SMOH: 2486.2 Props: Hartzell HC-E2YR-2RBSF/F8465-7R’s L/H: 651.3 SMOH R/H: 974.9 SMOH Janitrol B3040 Heater Airframe TT: 8790.2 King Silver Crown Radios. (KX-170B’s) Garmin GTX-327 Transponder. Bendix Altimatic V Autopilot. New hydraulic Power pack in August 2005. ADLogs since 1993, have all logbooks prior to that. No damage noted in logs. Aircraft is located at Lawrenceville-Gwinnett county airport KLZU just north east of Atlanta. We flight plan this plane at 30/gph fuel consumption. Please get all approvals from your spouse, banker etc. PRIOR to bidding. This airplane is a workhorse and will be a great deal for the new owner. Good luck Bidding!!!!! We can deliver this airplane for expenses if needed. CFI/ Multi instructor can provide multi engine training if needed. You are welcome to come inspect the plane! My number is 678-457-8377or email A35plt @Yahoo. com if you have any questions I can help you with. -Robert

1981 MOONEY M20K 305 “ROCKET”, TSIO-520NB CONVERSION, LR FUEL, HURT, CHEAP

1981 MOONEY M20K 305 “ROCKET”, TSIO-520NB CONVERSION, LR FUEL, HURT, CHEAP !! THE ROCKET ENGINEERING CONVERSION CREATES THE FASTEST VERSION OF THE M20K AVAILABLE !! THIS TURBOCHARGED BEAST CRUISES IN EXCESS OF 225KNOTS !! CLIMB RATE IN EXCESS OF 1600 FEET PER MINUTE !! BEST GLIDE RATIO OF ANY MOONEY DUE TO IT’S FULL FEATHERING PROPELLOR, AND CAN MAINTAIN A CLIMB OF 1,000 FEET PER MINUTE UP TO AND ABOVE 24,000 FEET !! AMAZING PERFORMANCE THIS AIRCRAFT WAS CONVERTED FROM A 1981 M20K 231 IN 1995, WITH A THEN AIRFRAME TIME OF 1850 HOURS. TIME SINCE THE CONVERSION IS 3013, SO THE AIRFRAME TOTAL TIME IS 4863 THE CONTINENTAL TSIO-520NB ENGINE THAT MAKES THIS AIRPLANE SO SPECIAL HAS ONLY 90 HOURS SINCE MAJOR OVERHAUL !!! THIS WAS A SUPER EXPENSIVE ($30,000 PLUS) OVERHAUL BY AMERICAS AIRCRAFT ENGINES, AND WAS JUST PERFORMED IN 2010 !!!! IN ADDITION TO THE ROCKET CONVERSION, THIS AIRCRAFT ALSO HAS THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS : 3200 LB GROSS WEIGHT INCREASE, ALLOWS FOR 1056 LB USEFUL LOAD !! MONROY LONG RANGE FUEL CONVERSION, GIVES 104 GALLONS IN WINGS !! PRECISE FLIGHT SPEED BRAKES ALLOW YOU TO COME DOWN FROM ALTITUDE QUICKLY AND SAFELY LARGE ONBOARD OXYGEN SYSTEM ALLOWS ALL 4 OCCUPANTS TO BREATH EASY FOR HIGH ALTITUDE FLIGHTS THIS AIRPLANE HAS THE BULLIT-PROOF KING KFC-200 AUTOPILOT SYSTEM, WHICH INCLUDES ALTITUDE HOLD, FLIGHT DIRECTOR, AUTO AND MANUAL ELECTRIC TRIM !! THIS AIRCRAFT SUFFERED DAMAGE WHEN IT PORPOISED ON LANDING AND DEPARTED THE RUNWAY ON ONE OF THE BOUNCES, ENDING UP BETWEEN TWO RUNWAYS THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED BACKWARD, BREAKING SOME TUBES IN THE NOSE TRUNION, WITHOUT DAMAGING THE FIREWALL THERE IS A SMALL DENT IN THE PASSENGERS FOOTWELL EXTENSION, BUT IT DOESNT LOOK FRESH, AND MAYBE SOMETHING TO DO WITH ENGINE CLEARENCE DUE TO THE CONVERSION THE LEFT MAIN GEAR TRUNION BROKE OUT OF ITS ATTACH POINTS THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR FOLDED INTO THE GEAR WELL, SO VERY LITTLE DAMAGE WAS SUSTAINED TO THAT SIDE GEAR OR GEAR WELL. THE 3 BLADE HEATED PROP IS DAMAGED ON ALL 3 BLADES, BUT AS THIS IS A CESSNA 340 TYPE PROP, NOT A CUSTOM PROP FOR A ROCKET ONLY, SO AVAILABILITY ON THE USED MARKET IS GOOD !! AS THE ENGINE HAS ONLY 90 HOURS SINCE A GREAT, RECENT MAJOR, IT WILL NOT REQUIRE AN OVERHAUL, BUT MERELY A PROP STRIKE INSPECTION, WHICH IS 75% LESS COST !! THE BELLY SKINS, WHICH ARE AERODYNAMIC COVERINGS, NOT STRUCTURAL, ARE ALMOST ALL DAMAGED UNDER THE CABIN. THIS WOULD BE A GREAT TIME TO DO A FIBERGLASS ONE PIECE BELLY MOD, WHICH MAKES SERVICING EASIER, AND MAKES THIS FAST AIRPLANE EVEN FASTER !! THERE ARE A FEW AREAS OF THE TUBULAR SUPPORT IN THE BELLY THAT HAVE SOME SCRAPING OR SLIGHT DEFORMATION, BUT VERY SLIGHT. THE LEFT WING IS DAMAGED AT THE OUTBOARD 1/4″, RIGHT AT THE POINT OF THE NAV LIGHT LENS ONLY (LENS IS DAMAGED), AND ONE SMALL SKIN ON THE INBOARD GEAR WELL IS DAMAGED ON THIS SIDE. THE RIGHT WING OUTBOARD SKIN (ABOUT 18″ WIDE) IS WRINKLED AND BENT. IN ADDITION, THE NEXT SKIN INBOARD IS SCRAPED ON THE BOTTOM (SHOWN IN PHOTOS), AND THE NEXT SKIN IN FROM THAT HAS A LEADING EDGE DENT, AND A SCRAPED/DENTED AREA ON THE BOTTOM. THERE IS NO VISIBLE OR KNOWN DAMAGE INBOARD FROM THERE. THERE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE ANY SPAR DAMAGE TO EITHER SIDE WING, JUST SKINS AND RIBS !! THE GREAT NEWS IS THAT EVEN THE LONG RANGE FUEL CELLS, WHICH TAKE UP MORE ROOM THAN STOCK, WERE NOT AFFECTED, AS ALL THE DAMAGE IS OUTBOARD OF THE OUTBOARD FUEL RIBS !!! NO LEFT SIDE FUEL CELL DAMAGE EITHER !! ONE RIB IN THE LEFT GEAR BAY HAS A SMALL TEAR, (PATCHABLE) SHOWN IN PHOTO, BUT THIS IS NOT IN THE FUEL AREA ALL OF THE DAMAGE TO THE FUSELAGE BELLY IS UNDER THE CABIN !! THE TAILCONE WAS REMOVED FOR EASIER TRANSPORTATION, AND THERE IS NO DAMAGE TO THE LOWER SKINS, AS A RESULT OF THE SCRAPING THE TAIL SECTION IS ALSO UNDAMAGED, INCLUDING HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL, RUDDER AND ELEVATORS BOTH AILERONS ARE UNDAMAGED, AS IS ONE FLAP, BUT ONE FLAP HAS A PUNCTURE HOLE THROUGH THE UPPER AND LOWER OUTBOARD SKIN, BUT A PATCH WILL DO, AS THE SPARS AND STRUCTURE ARE NOT HURT THE FIBERGLASS LOWER COWL IS DAMAGED, (REPAIRABLE) AND THE UPPER COWL LOOKS GOOD THE POLISHED SPINNER IS UNDAMAGED THE RED/WHITE LEATHER INTERIOR IS IN GOOD, BUT NOT PERFECT CONDITION (SOME CRACKED PLASTICS) AVIONICS INCLUDED ARE AS SHOWN: WX-10A STORMSCOPE SYSTEM, INCLUDING INDICATOR, PROCESSOR AND ANTENNA KFC 200 AUTOPILOT CONTROLLER, ANNUNCIATOR, COMPUTER, SERVOS AND FLIGHT DIRECTOR/HORIZON SHADIN FUEL FLOW SYSTEM WITH GPS COUPLER ARGUS 5000 MOVING MAP DISPLAY, WHICH ALSO HAS THE ADF DISPLAY COUPLER, MAKING IT A DUAL PURPOSE UNIT TO CUT DOWN ON DASH CLUTTER THIS AIRCRAFT IS COMPLETELY WIRED FOR A MIX OF GARMIN AND KING SILVER CROWN EQUIPTMENT, NO WIRES HAVE BEEN CUT, BUT THE DUAL NAV-COMS, ADF, AUDIO PANEL, TRANSPONDER, AND BOTH NAV INDICATORS HAVE BEEN REMOVED AND ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS LISTING !! DON’T PAY FOR WHAT THE OTHER GUY HAD IN THERE, AND DON’T PAY FOR ANY AVIONICS UNTIL THE PLANE IS FIXED, READY TO FLY !!! THIS IS A GREAT PROJECT, OF A RARE AND DESIRABLE HIGH PERFORMANCE CROSS COUNTRY AIRPLANE !! THE ROCKET BEATS VITUALLY ANY PISTON SINGLE OR TWIN IN CRUISE SPEED, AND CAN ALMOST ALWAYS BEAT THE AIRLINES POINT TO POINT IN TIME !! WITH MOST ROCKETS IN THE $130-175,000 RANGE, THIS PROJECT WOULD BE A BARN-BURNING DEAL. WITH THE FRESH 90 HOUR ENGINE, IT IS A VIRTUAL STEAL !!!! LOCATED AT OUR HANGERS AT THE AIRLAKE AIRPORT, (KLVN), SOUTH OF MINNEAPOLIS. STORAGE IS FREE FOR 30 DAYS AFTER THE END OF THE AUCTION, AND IS AVAILABLE FOR LONGER, AT ADDITIONAL COST, IF DESIRED. LOADING HELP IS AVAILABLE ALSO, IF DESIRED, AT EXTRA COST AS YOU WOULD EXPECT FOR A TOP OF THE LINE AIRPLANE, THE AIRFRAME LOGBOOKS ARE COMPLETE TO DAY ONE, ENGINE LOGS FROM INSTALL AS A ROCKET, ALL ROCKET PAPERWORK (NO N NUMBER FILLED IN ON THE STC, IF YOU WANT THIS FOR THE CONVERSION AND ENGINE ONLY) AS WELL AS DETAILED AD COMPLIANCE, WEIGHT AND BALANCE, ETC. ALSO INCLUDED IS THE FAA BILL OF SALE, OF COURSE !! SAVE $100,000 OR MORE (HOW MANY TIME CAN YOU SAY YOU HAVE DONE THAT) OVER A FLYING ROCKET !! GOOD BIDDING Check out my other items! Be sure to add me to your favorites list! .
1966 Cessna 150F Airplane W/ Valid Annual Inspection – Why Rent When You Can Own

1966 Cessna 150F Airplane with Valid Annual Inspection! (near Chicago, Illinois) Why Rent When You can Own? If you are thinking of becoming a pilot, this is the plane for you! Inexpensive, reliable, and well maintained. Conveniently located near Chicago for pickup. Has been hangared the entire time I’ve owned it. I am only selling it because I am nearly done with my training. You can be the next to benefit from this plane. I paid for every improvement the A&P mechanic suggested over the past 7 years I’ve owned the plane. Even when I bought the plane, I had it professionally appraised. This is something NOBODY does on small value planes like this, but it gives you ALL the details you could want from an independent 3rd party. The reason I paid the money to have this done at the time I purchased the plane is because I knew very little about buying an aircraft and I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t buy a lemon. I have easily spent twice my reserve price for this plane doing upgrades and thorough inspections since owning it. Believe me, you are getting a quality product at a great value. I’ve put far more into this airplane than I’m asking for it. There is also a nice Bendix/King NAVCOM system in addition to the detailed inspection report from when I purchased the plane, and BEFORE all the upgrades I made to it. You can learn everything you need to know about this plane to have confidence in it. As you can tell, I’m a very detail oriented buyer and now seller. Please review these links for the original (at my time of purchase in 2005) appraisal, the operating specifications of the plane from the broker I originally purchased it from, and the NAVCOM system: http://prominic.net/Cessna.nsf/1966_Cessna_150F_Appraisal-N8273F.pdf http://prominic.net/Cessna.nsf/g05140-operating_specs.pdf http://prominic.net/Cessna.nsf/gps-klx135a.pdf Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic Any questions about this aircraft can be directed to the A&P mechanic who has maintained it since I purchased it: brian sheely wingsaviationinc@yahoo.com PHONE 219-462-6622http://www.wingsaviationvpz.com/ As of the Aug 29, 2011 Annual Inspection reports (signed pages are shown in the auction picture list): ACTT: 4858.2 TACH: 4858.2 ETT: 2886.1 TSOH: 1358.7 I have flown the plane at most 10 hours since these values were recorded, so they are very close to the actual numbers. If you would like to know the precise numbers right now, please e-mail Brian Sheely (the A&P mechanic whose hangar the plane is in currently). Brian’s e-mail is shown above. The independent appraisal done in 2005 at the time I purchased the plane states on page 3 of the PDF: “Comments: Careful review of all log books were made. All logs since new were available with exception of the current engine log from the time BEFORE the aircraft had a major overhaul.” The current A&P mechanic (Brian Sheely) has the Airframe logbooks dating back to 1988 and the Engine logbooks dating back to 2005 in his possession currently, so if you have questions for those date ranges you can check with him. I have the remainder of the log books reviewed by the independent appraiser. Financing When I purchased the plane, I worked with the helpful staff at Red River State Bank to finance the airplane loan. I highly recommend them. http://airloan.com Upgrades since I purchased the plane As mentioned above, I have made every improvement recommended to me since purchasing the plane. There have been two companies I used for A&P work. You can see here a brief summary of my investment: Price I paid to purchase the plane ($14,900) + Independent Appraisal ($700) + American Aero A&P work ($9,342.59) + Wings Aviation A&P work ($22,022.66) + 7 years of hangar rentals (not counting that cost) = $46,965.25 As you can see, I went a bit overboard improving this little plane. One of the pictures even shows the old avionics before I upgraded them so you can see the difference! http://prominic.net/Cessna.nsf/Airplane_Investment.xls http://prominic.net/Cessna.nsf/Cessna_150F_Purchase_Agreement_signed_by_both_parties.pdf http://prominic.net/Cessna.nsf/american_aero_payment_summary.pdf http://prominic.net/Cessna.nsf/wings_aviation_payment_summary.pdf A&P Investments – American Aero Invoices http://prominic.net/Cessna.nsf/Inv_12627_from_American_Aer.pdf http://prominic.net/Cessna.nsf/Inv_12642_from_American_Aer.pdf http://prominic.net/Cessna.nsf/Inv_12653_from_American_Aer.pdf http://prominic.net/Cessna.nsf/Inv_12690_from_American_Aer.pdf http://prominic.net/Cessna.nsf/Inv_12698_from_American_Aer.pdf A&P Investments – Wings Aviation Invoices http://prominic.net/Cessna.nsf/WINGS_AVIATION_Inv-2219_4843.16.pdf http://prominic.net/Cessna.nsf/WINGS_AVIATION_Inv-2453_3654.19.pdf http://prominic.net/Cessna.nsf/WINGS_AVIATION_Inv-2753_1990.64.pdf http://prominic.net/Cessna.nsf/WINGS_AVIATION_Inv-2084-8411.31.pdf http://prominic.net/Cessna.nsf/WINGS_AVIATION_Inv-2118_1699.71.pdf Airworthiness Directives (ADs): The A&P mechanic (Brian Sheely) confirmed this to me today via e-mail: “All the Airworthiness Directives are up-to-date as of the last annual inspection I performed.” Transport / Ferry Pilot If the buyer needs assistance with delivery of this aircraft, James Piche may be of service. He is the owner of a Piper Pacer PA-20/135. His ratings are: Commercial single/multi with instrument, CFI single multi, ground instructor advance/instrument with over 4000 hrs. He is not building hours, he just enjoys flying, so he can deliver the aircraft without charging the buyer a return ticket expense. He is available to fly with the buyer to home base, for tail wheel endorsement and flight review. He has delivered 65 + aircraft. References and Qualifications upon request. James R.
