Long story short.. We bought this impeccable girl of my oldest boy to finish his license in and his keep for a lifetime, but it's just not happening for him at the moment. And we have 6 of our own. We acquired this after a year plus of hunting for the perfect / keeper airplane for him. This is a NO (damage history) airplane., she has only... 2462.0 t.t.s.n..airframe and a Ram 160 complete rebuild of the engine done at 2.054 tach time and roughly 450 hours since major) it is a Midwest,.. NO corrosion EVER, airplane. It has roughly 450 hours since the new 140 / 160 horse conversion built by Central Cylinder here in Omaha. She has every log book and every piece of paper since brand new. It is in both fresh annual ( all upper 70's of 80), and fresh i.f.r. certification as of February 2026 along with a new gtx 345 Garmin adsb in and out, bluetooth, and Sirius xm transponder (roughly $10 K installed )and newer KLN 90. YES, It has Air Conditioning to boot, but no drive belt on the plane currently. The plane has never spent a night outside since it was new... still doesn't. The paint is a 9.5 + plus / the original interior follows suite as an 8 . Videos and pics available upon request. Now.. What I WILL do.. I will take a reasonable deposit ($5,000) to hold the plane for a week not to exceed 14 days after we talk on the phone. If it's not what i say, you don't own it, deposit returned, cash or however you paid, i buy dinner, and we part friends. What i WON'T do.. is take a deposit from a broker or someone who wants to pre-sale it, or fly their mechanic out here in 3-4 weeks to pick plane apart and shake me down for a grand or two. If we both understand that.., this plane is a good fit, There are so few like this available, it simply won't last. 80 pics and videos available upon request.
