Description
I dont have the proper equipment to test this. This is UNTESTED When I move the knob the thing in the middle goes up and down.. Does show signs of wear from age and use. It does look like its missing a few screws or bolts. I do not know if something else was bolted on this. Or its just missing a bolt Please look at photos very carefully for overall condition and quality.
