Vintage AC GMC Aircraft Mechanical

Description

Up for sale is a vintage mechanical aircraft recording tachometer instrument manufactured by the AC Spark Plug Division of General Motors (GMC). This authentic general aviation gauge displays 0–3500 RPM and features an integrated rolling mechanical hour meter currently reading 37,841.2 hours.

The rear brass/gold housing is stamped with the original "A.C. DIV. G.M.C." manufacturer insignia and retains straight, clean threads on the mechanical drive cable connection port. It is sold exactly as pictured in "as-removed," untested condition without an active FAA tracking form or recent bench certification. This is a great find for a vintage aircraft restoration project, cockpit panel filler core, or classic aviation collectible display. Please check all photos for condition and flange alignment. It was recently removed working.
