Description
I took this dynamotor off of an aircraft when we upgraded the avionics, it still had a magnasyn compass installed. this is the component that generates a 26VAC for use in aircraft heading systems.
a magnasyn compass was all the rage 75 years ago, they are really cool and this would be great on a restoration.
this one was fairly smooth and relatively quiet.
