The unit is built around a heavy-duty Ford / Motorcraft automotive-style core housing featuring a single-foot pivot mounting base. It is sold in "as-removed" condition as an untested core ideal for rebuild purposes or experimental aircraft installation. The external aluminum casing, safety-wired assembly bolts, and rear connection studs remain structurally intact with normal cosmetic surface discoloration from engine bay service.
