Description
The AVSTAR Carburetor LVC-5-5BPA. Was removed from a 2019 Aviat Husky with a Lycoming 0-360. Resin for removal was because the mechanic thought it was leaking and so it was replaced with a Marvel-Schebler. However that one “leaked” too. Unfortunately the aircraft was destroyed in a crash shortly thereafter Marvel was installed so the true cause of the dripping fuel when parked will never be known but it is assumed that it wasn’t the carburetor. Buyer to verify airworthiness.
