Description
Believed to be from the C-2400 / C2400-L4P series. This series was used in a number of light aircraft, including certain Piper applications. Airpath documentation specifically lists the C-2400-L4P for the Piper Pacer, early Piper Comanche and Bellanca Viking. Features:
- Airpath magnetic aircraft compass
- Vintage black metal housing
- Original shock-style mounting bracket
- Two lighting wires present
- Hinged AIRPATH compensator adjustment cover
- Old Midcoast Avionics FAA repair-station label still attached
- Original unrestored condition
Condition: Vintage used aircraft instrument with considerable cosmetic wear, paint loss, scratches and age-related deterioration as shown in photographs. Compass has not been electrically or operationally tested.
