Description
Vintage AN5770-2 Two Engine Manifold Pressure Gauge RANCO Co.. The pointers are marked “1” and “2”. The dial is scaled from 10 to 75 Inches Mercury. Serial Number AF43-32829. I’m not sure if this was for night flight or what.
According to December 1943 Tech Order No. 00-25-29 (Interchangeability Cross Reference Charts Manual), this instrument fits various WWII military aircraft such as the B-25, B-26, P-38, C45, C-47, DC-3 and many other WWII era Two Engine Aircraft.
Even though it appears to be in either new surplus or overhauled condition, I have no way of testing it and it is being sold without any warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. The buyer is responsible for making sure that this part will work for their application.
