Manufacture date 9/81. Pre-owned / Vintage. The orange webbing is structurally intact with tight stitching and no cuts or tears. There are some minor surface scuffs, light grease smudges, and normal signs of cosmetic wear on the buckle and mounting hardware consistent with age and use (please review all photos carefully).
