Once you have decided to switch to auto plugs, these magneto covers with 8mm holes will guide the larger plug wires towards the correct spot in the Bakelite Distributor cap.
We specifically angled the inside holes to achieve this.
The photos show some options to install the .032" safety wire but your Mechanic probably has a better way.

Kit includes two covers, one with an extra hole for the Shower of Sparks wire - traditionally the left mag and the front plugs, and another with just 9 holes for the right mag. Stainless drilled-head hardware included.
