Description
The headphones themselves have been tested and function, however I don’t have a way to test the microphone. The volume knob also appears to affect sound level smoothly and evenly between sides, but I do not have a proper aviation output to test it on. Manufacture date stamp places the headset at a 1985 production year, with the current pads being 1989. The pads are still supple, but an adequate seal cannot be guaranteed due to age. The ear cup foam is in great shape and is sturdy and healthy, and the headband foam is also sturdy and supportive despite cosmetic cracks.
