The gearbox is easy to manufacture (no casting required; the housing is milled from an Al alloy). Compact, weighing approximately 6.5 kg.

Designed for power outputs up to 75-80 hp. It is a single-stage, enclosed gear reducer with a 1:3 gear ratio. The high-speed hub is standardized to fit Rotax dimensions.

Lubrication is by mixing transmission oil (50 ml); a mechanical impurity trap is included. The pinion and wheel are mounted on two bearings, with a design life of 1200 m3/hour.

Mounting bracket: An aluminum or metal component that holds the entire assembly together.

Fasteners: Bolts and nuts for assembly.

Function: The system is designed to vary torque and angular velocity between two shafts, typically for speed reduction (gearbox).
